Shipping
Divinoir is not responsible for what happens during transit- damaged, lost, or stolen. Packages will be insured and will require a signature at delivery if the order total is over $300, to prevent any theft or missing packages.
Domestic orders:
Sent via USPS Priority with tracking and insurance. Most packages arrive 2-4 days from ship date.
International orders:
Divinoir ships worldwide! Delivery times can vary from country to country. A signature will be required for delivery. Please be aware of your country's tax and customs policies. Divinoir is NOT responsible for any additional customs charges or taxes. What you pay to Divinoir is for the shipping service only.
Care Instructions
Hand washing in cold water and hang dry is preferred. High washing and drying temperatures can break down the elastic and cause garments to lose stretch over time.
However, some Divinoir pieces can still be machine washed.
When machine washing, turn your garment inside out and wash with cold water on a delicate cycle. Natural detergents will help preserve the color and fabric. Hang dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting available on the dryer. Please treat your handmade clothing with love! Be gentle with all hardware and pull lightly on snaps.
