I call this a "soft stay" - also known as a "jump'.  This stay is a form fitting top made from a non stretch cotton twill but without stiff boning typically seen in corsets and some stays. The cotton webbing straps are adjustable with the buckles and sliders. The back zipper makes it easy to take on/off, while the front lacing allows you to adjust the fit.

Fabric: 

Recommended care: Wash inside out in cold water with a gentle detergent. High washing/drying temperatures will break down the fibers quicker. 

Sizing: 

Please see last graphic for sizing info! Olive has a 31" chest and is wearing an XS. Mariah has a 36" chest and is wearing a medium.
